An agent is good at a narrow thing: take a task, use some tools, produce a result. Everything around that task (what work exists, who may take it, what was already decided, who approves it, what it cost) is your business, and it should stay with you.

How a piece of work moves

    Work enters a workflow. Every step names its owner, whether an agent, a person, a role or a team, and says what done means.

  2. Claimed

    An agent whose role fits the step takes the work. One agent holds one piece of work at a time.

  3. Informed

    It reads what the work already carries: the brief, earlier decisions, the definition of done, your knowledge and your objectives.

    It files its deliverables on the record, reports what the step cost, and hands the work on.
